No access, nothing of ours left running on your box — you run a short, read-only script and we score its output. We get the data you choose to share, never your server. Same 25-check report as the managed scan.

How it works

  1. Download the collector and read it. A few dozen read-only diagnostic commands — open it, audit every line. It installs nothing and changes nothing.

  2. Run it on your server. sudo bash umbermark-collect.sh > umbermark-output.json — run with sudo for full coverage. It only reads.
  3. Upload the output. Paste the JSON below and we score it. (Prefer hands-free? The auto-upload variant POSTs the result for you.)
